SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program description. Atlas Gun Services LLC ("Atlas Gun Services," "we," "us") runs a text message program for customers who opt in. Messages may include appointment reminders, service and order updates, and promotions and offers from Atlas Gun Services.

2. Eligibility and age verification. You must be 21 years of age or older to join. We verify your age by collecting your date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) at opt-in. We will not add anyone under 21.

3. How to opt in. You can opt in with the sign-up form on our Contact page (https://www.atlasgunservices.com/copy-of-request-service) by entering your mobile number and date of birth and checking the SMS consent box. After you submit the form, you will receive a text message, and you must reply YES to confirm. Opting in is always optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

4. Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

5. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

6. How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that unless you opt in again. Opt-in and opt-out both happen through the same 10DLC phone number that sends our messages. We do not use short code opt-out routes.

8. Content restrictions. Firearms that are not legally available in all 50 states will not be advertised via SMS. All firearm purchases and transfers go through our FFL and require a background check and compliance with federal, state, and local law.

9. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.
​
10. Privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, lead generation, or analytics purposes. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. 11. Changes. We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
